1. Who we are

2. What this website collects
The website itself collects nothing. It sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics or advertising trackers and has no forms that send data to a server. The booking configurator works entirely in your browser and the request message leaves only from your own WhatsApp application, at your explicit action.
3. Data you send us directly
When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the data you choose to share, typically your name, phone number and stay details. We use it only to answer you and manage your reservation. We do not share it with third parties and we keep it no longer than needed for these purposes.
4. Third-party services
The contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google may process technical data and set its own cookies, as described in the Google privacy policy. The conversation itself takes place in WhatsApp, governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Write to us at popa.andreicristian1990@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
